The E2 Foundations series is an introductory course designed for service technicians with limited or no exposure to the E2 controller.
Description:
The E2 Facility Management System is the foundation of any retailer's energy and maintenance reduction strategy. The E2 is designed to provide complete control of building and refrigeration systems including: compressor groups, condensers, walk-ins, HVAC units and lighting.
In this course, you’ll be introduced to the functionality and operation of the E2 controller. The course reviews controller hardware, including the user interface, central processing unit and power interface board. You’ll also learn how the system uses sensors to collect data, processes data, and uses the information to manage building and refrigeration systems. Additionally, the course reviews the networks used by the E2 to communicate with system components and other E2 controllers.
The E2 Foundations course consists of four modules and quizzes. Each module runs approximately 15-20 minutes.
